Yep, Harbor Bar is cruising all winter — and our Winter Birthday Cruise is where Charleston’s off-season parties truly shine. Calm harbor waters, golden sunsets, and easygoing vibes make it the best winter party boat in town. Charleston winters stay mild — most days are sunny, and the one time it snowed was last year (first in seven!).

Our Harbor Bar Pedal Boat stays warm and cozy with a clear roof, side panels, and soft blankets. Bring a jacket and scarf, sip on hot cider or mulled wine, and keep the music going while the skyline glows around you.
